12" x 6 1/2" (Outside Edge) Engineers' Steel Square - Marked G.F McKendrick

Would normally just assume the name McKendrick is a user mark not a maker mark, I still think it likely is but it is very nicely done though a little feint.

Rust staining but in general all ok.
