How To Buy & P&P

Buying items on this website is a case of adding the item into your basket and proceeding to the checkout, Paypal is the preferred method of payment and is safe and secure for both the buyer and the seller. You can use Payal without having a Paypal account by entering you card details on their secure encrypted site.

When I post an item I always make sure it is as safely and securely packaged as possible, this will involve bubble wrap if needed plus any cardboard, all the cardboard I use is recycled, second hand cardboard. Over the years I have sent thousands of items all around the world so you can be assured that every effort is made to safely protect your item, any sharp edges will be covered or protected.

All items will be sent to the address provided so please make sure this is correct when ordering. If any items that have been returned via the courier or Royal Mail because of a wrong address I am happy to send again but this will be at the expense of the buyer.

All packages (where possible) will be sent via a tracked method of postage, most items under 2kg will be dispatched using Royal Mail, items or packages that are heavier will be sent using a courier service.

Postage prices for Mainland UK are as follows:

Up to 100g large letter                £3.00

Up to 1kg                                         £5.50

Up to 2kg                                        £7.50

Up to 10kg                                  £20.00

Up to 25kg                                  £25.00

After an order has been placed and payment has been made and cleared I do aim to get parcels off as quickly as possible, usually within a day or 2.

On the occasions where illness or holiday occur a notice will be put up on the website homepage to advise any potential customers of a delay in postage.  

Any international buyers please be aware that any tax, import duties or custom costs due to the destination country is the responsability of the buyer to cover.

Many items sent inside the UK should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch but please allow up to 7 working days, any international orders should be with you within 3-10 days of dispatch but please allow up to 21 days, even then I have had items been held up in customs for weeks at a time so any long delays please just let me know.

Please be aware that we do have to rely on third party couriers / postal system so please be understanding that delivery times are beyond my control.
